engagement. According to the provident fund policy, employees contribution must be at least 3 percent

of salary or they can select to adjust their contribution at the rate of not exceeding the contribution by
the Company. In addition, the Companys contribution to the provident fund will be based on period of
working of each employee. As of December 31, 2014, the Companys contribution to the provident fund for
10 executives amounted to 1.09 million Baht.


Personnel


As of December 31, 2014, there were 1,078 employees of the Company and subsidiaries
(Excluding executive) and remuneration which is in the form of salary, bonus, overtime wage, social security
fund contribution and provident fund contribution for those employees amounted to 409.12 million Baht.
