Legal Dispute
As of December 31, 2014, the Company and its subsidiaries had not been involved in any legal
dispute which may affect the asset of the Company or its subsidiaries over 5% of shareholders equity and any
significant dispute which may affect the operation of the Company and its subsidiaries.
