Opinion
In my opinion, the financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial
position of Mono Technology Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries and of Mono Technology Public
Company Limited as at 31 December 2013, and their financial performance and cash flows for the year
then ended in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards.
Other matters
The financial statements of Mono Technology Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries for the year ended
31 December 2012 were audited by another auditor who expressed an unqualified opinion on those financial
statements, under his report dated 26 February 2013.
