• The Company, Mono Gen, Mono Travel, Mono Info, Mono Ent, Mono Film, Mono Production, Mono Broadcast, Mono Sport, Mono Radio and Mono Talent paid PA for office-related expenses, such as electricity charges as well as service fee for security guards and parking which are the expenses as per agreement.

• The Company paid JINET for Internet corporate leased line service.
