LAUNCH OF “#THAM LUANG FOLLOWING THE MISSION TO SAVE THE WILD BOARS”

Ms. Kanyapat Suksamarn – Assistant Vice President of Publishing and Internet Business under Mono Group as the representative of GEEK BOOK Publishing and MThai, Ms. Yatawee Trongnaitam – Comic Illustrator, along with Ms. Chonthip Yimyong – Head of Department of Information System for the Blind participated in the press conference of the book launch “#Tham Luang Following the Mission to Save the Wild Boars”. Special guests joined the launch to talk about the follow-up of the 13 Wild Boars rescue on MThai Twitter were Ja – Yossinee Nanakorn, Cdr. Chaiyananta Peeranarong (Ex-Navy SEAL), and Natchanan Peeranarong.

Income from the book after the reduction of expenses will be given to Foundation for the Blind in Thailand. Mr. Adirek Rachakit, Senior Assistant Director – Operation of B2S Co., Ltd., and Mr. Nattawat Rachapongkulyod, Director – Marketing of Central World Department Store, joyfully attended the launch at REST AREA on the fifth floor of Central World.

Mr. Sang Do Lee – CEO, Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen – Assistant Vice President of CSR Department, and Mrs. Benjawan Rakwong – Senior Vice President (Administration) of Mono Technology PCL. under Mono Group attended the opening ceremony of Mono Group School Building No.9 at Bandongtawan Border Patrol Police Learning Center, Kut Khaopun District, Ubon Ratchathani Province.

Previously, Mono Group had donated 1,000,000 Baht to Dr. Phichani Bodharamik Foundation for Children and Seniors to support the construction of school buildings. The objective of this charity is for educational and sports development as well as the improvement of teachers, students, and seniors quality of life in 2018. The ceremony was honored by Police Colonel Supat Muangsamai, Deputy Commander – Border Patrol Police 2, and his team as the receiver of the building who gave an impressive welcome for Mono Group. In this occasion, Mono Group also held some recreations, arranged free lunch, and donated sports equipment to the school.

Mr. Bannasit Rakwong – General Manager of MONO29 digital TV channel and MONO Plus and Mr. Jirun Rattanawiriyachai – Senior Vice President of Mono Sport Entertainment Co., Ltd. under Mono Group, along with Mr. Boonchai Lawphiphat (Secretary of Asian Sepaktakraw Federation or ASTAF), Mr. Viboon Jampa-ngern (Director of Professional Sports Development Department, Sports Authority of Thailand), and Dr. Chalerm Chaiwatcharaporn (Chairman of the Board of Director of Takraw Thailand League) congratulated Bangkokthonburi University Professional Takraw Club (BTU) for being able to defend their championship in “Takraw Thailand League 2018”. BTU won the game with more score points (equalize 2-2) at MONO29 Studio Stage 1.

Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen, Assistant Vice President of CSR Department of Mono Group, and Ms. Chanida Unapan, Principle of Thalang Pranangsang School, attended the opening of the school basketball court. The basketball court of Thalang Pranangsang School in Phuket was the fourth basketball court renovation supported by Mono Group. In this activity, Mono Group led Mono Vampire basketball players, including J.O.-Ratdech Kruatiwa, Kevin-Apisittinan Lane Dasom, and Joy-Kulthawat Piyalangka, to go on a basketball clinic roadshow “Mono Basketball Dream”. A large number of children from four schools in Phuket excitedly joined the event.

In addition to this, Mono Group targets to renovate and build more basketball court, as well as continues with Mono Basketball Dream project in order to support basketball in Thailand. Mr. Sang Ho Lee, Assistant Vice President – Acquisition and Licensing of Mono Film under Mono Group, represented “29Shopping”, a TV shopping program on MONO29 channel, to receive a certification mark certifying a registration of direct market business from Mr. Suwapan Tanyuwattana, Minister for office of the Prime Minister. Being held by the Center for Consumer Protection in Direct Selling and Direct Marketing Business, Office of The Consumer Protection Board (OCPB), the event aimed to promote the reliability of entrepreneurs who have been registered with OCPB. The certification mark was given at Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok.

“Government Savings Bank” and “CAMPUS STAR”, a magazine under Mono Group, held a press conference “GSB GEN CAMPUS STAR 2018” in search of teenagers with good personality, knowledgeable, talented, and being good role models of the society. Mr. Chatchai Payuhanaveechai, President of GSB, and Mr. Navamin Prasopnet, President of Mono Generation Company Limited, participated in the opening ceremony. In this event, the winners from GSB GEN CAMPUS STAR 2017 joined the opening show, and there was also a performance from Gena – Natcha Desouza, a new generation young artist. MONO BASKETBALL DREAM CLINIC No.31-33 NAKHORN SI THAMMARAT

Mr. Jirun Rattanawiriyachai, Senior Vice President of Mono Sport Entertainment Company Limited, led a team of basketball players from Mono Vampire and Black Scorpions, including Kannut Samerjai (Bas), Teerawat Chanthachon (Big), Phumin Singhasem (Seua), Peeranat Semeesuk (Pee), and Pakorn Maneechot (Tus), to teach basketball to children in Mono Basketball Dream Project. In this activity, the children were taught the tactic of dribbling, exercising muscles by speed slide running and zigzag running, as well as practicing for attacking and defending. The basketball players also talked about their professional basketball career path and demonstrated some basketball tactics to build inspiration towards basketball for more than 240 children. Mono Basketball Dream No.31 was held on July 24 at the Central Stadium of Nakhorn Si Thammarat. In addition, Mono Basketball Dream No.32 was held on July 25 in the morning at Satree Thungsong School, followed by No.32 in the afternoon at the basketball court of Wat Sao thongthong in Pakpanang district, Nakhorn Si Thammarat.

The investors are interested in digital TV business and online business which are the core businesses of the group. The visit took place at MONO29 Studio Stage 1 on Chaiyapruk Rd., Pakkred, in Nonthaburi.

Ms. Nanthaphan Sangchai, Assistant Vice President of MONO29, and Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen, Assistant Vice President of CSR Department of Mono Group, donated 100,000 baht from the activity “Turn Darkness to Smiles with Tee-Yai 2 Series” to Lighthouse for the Blind. Mr. Navin Sangsun, Director of Lighthouse for the Blind, was the receiver of the donation. In this occasion, the producer team, the director, and actors from the series led by Tao – Somchai Khemklad, Pramot Saengson, Lt. Col. Wanchana Sawasdee, Wave – Khoo Pei-Cong, Eve – Chayanis Boonsopit, Cat – Kruymai Bhikulyam, and Peter – Nopachai Chaiyanam (the director) joined in a singing activity and distributed gifts at Lighthouse for the Blind in Pakkred, Nonthaburi.
