2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Mrs. Punnee Worawuthichongsathit – Chairman, Mr. Navamin Prasopnet – Assistant Chairman and Chief Marketing Officer, and Mr. Patompong  Sirachairat – Chief Executive Officer of Mono Technology PCL. or “MONO” held the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The company strictly followed the COVID-19 prevention measures of the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health. Special agenda of the meeting was the change of the company’s name, from Mono Technology Public Company Limited to Mono Next Public Company Limited. The meeting took place at the Auditorium on the third floor of Jasmine International Tower, Chaengwattana Road.

“MONO ORIGINALS” under “MONO GROUP” continuously produces movies and series for “MONO29” and “MONOMAX”. Recently, the company held a sacred ceremony for the shooting of the movie “BUTSABA”. Executives under Mono Group attending the ceremony were Mr. Bannasit Rakwong – General Manager of MONO29 channel of Mono Broadcast Co., Ltd., Ms. Hataitip Madjui – Vice President of Online Movie Business of Mono Streaming Co., Ltd., Mr. Siri Luengsawat – Mono Originals Production Advisor, and Mr. Utane Okchor – Content Production Manager. Other participants were “Peter – Nopachai Chaiyanam”, the director, and leading stars, such as Mook – Pichana Yoosuk, Toomtam – Yuthana Puengklarng, Tuck – Napasarun Mittheraroj, and Ticha Wongthipkanont. The ceremony took place at MONO Next Office, Chaiyapruk Rd.

Dr. Chalerm Chaiwatcharaporn – Vice President of The Takraw Association of Thailand and Chairman of the Board of Director of Takraw Professional League, Mr. Patompong Sirachairat – Chief Executive Officer of Mono Technology PCL. and Managing Director of Mono Streaming Co., Ltd., Ms. Hataitip Madjui – Vice President of Online Movie Business of Mono Streaming Co., Ltd., Mr. Supakorn Lawphiphat – Managing Director of Sport Zet Co., Ltd., and Mr. Piti Chaturaphat, Assistant Vice President of MONO29 Channel Mono Broadcast Co., Ltd., held a press conference announcing the competition “Takraw Thailand League 2020” No.19 of the year 2020. All of the 72 matches, starting from August 15 to December 12, are live broadcasted and rerun on application MONOMAX. The announcement took place in the press conference room at GSB Stadium29 on Chaiyapruk Rd., Nonthaburi.

Vampire Basketball Club launched a project “Basketball From Home” for children and people who are interested in basketball to spend their time wisely while staying home. With Zoom application, the project provides basketball lessons taught by instructors who are national basketball players, including JO – Ratchadech Kruatiwa, Nok – Nopporn Sangtong, and Poy – Darunpong Apiromvilaichai. Basic basketball lessons and professional trainings will be presented to everyone right at home. “Basketball From Home” is available every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 16.00-17.00 hrs. CSR Department of Mono Group continues to be part in helping society by delivering 750ml – 1.25L soft drink bottles donated by employees under Mono Group to Mahasarakham Hospital. The bottles will be recycled into volumetric spacers to use with bronchodilator inhalers as they help reducing the spread of medicine from the inhalers. Recently, the representatives of Mono Group sent the soft drink bottles via post to Mahasarakham Hospital for making the device.

“MONO GROUP” EMPLOYEES DONATED CLOTHES TO HELP FIGHTING FOREST FIRES IN NORTHERN THAILAND

The CSR Department of Mono Technology PCL. requested employees under Mono Group to donate long-sleeved shirts, overcoats, pants, sneakers, etc. The donation was to be delivered to firefighters and volunteers for combating fire and covering wounded animals from the forest fire rages in northern Thailand. Recently, the donation was sent via post by the representatives of Mono Group employees to charities namely “Sai Tai Aok Rod” and “Pa Khao Lom Hai Jai Rao” which provide support in environmental issues and forest fires in the north. The donation will be beneficial to their projects.

Volunteers of Mono Group cooperatively made face shields for hospitals and medical staff. Recently, the representatives of Mono Group volunteers presented face shields to Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute (BIDI), Department of Disease Control. Ms. Sukhonsri Klong-akara, a nurse in Triage Unit of BIDI, and Ms. Chantana Keha, Acting Chief of Out-of-Hours Service Unit, Siriraj Hospital, were the receivers. The face shields was also sent to Thasae 2 Hospital in Chumphon by post for medical staff to use them for preventing the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
