Nawamin Prasopnet, Chairman of the Board and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Mono Next Public Company Limited (MONO), along with Preecha Leelasithorn, Chairman of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committee; Phongphan Thongphianphong, Assistant Director of Accounting and Finance; and Pitirudee Sirisamphan, Company Secretary and Senior Director of Corporate Governance and Corporate Communications, jointly hosted MONO’s 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic means.
One of the key agenda items included a strategic plan to prepare for the broadcast of English Premier League and FA Cup football content. The shareholders unanimously approved all agenda items as proposed by the Board of Directors. The meeting took place on April 24, 2025, at MONO29 Studio on Chaiyaphruek Road, Nonthaburi Province.
