2) On 3 June 2016, the Company allocated of 50 million ordinary shares at Baht 2.03 per share, or for a total of Baht 101.5 million, to make payment for movie rights and screenplays amounting to approximately Baht 103 million. Since the offer price was less than 90 percent of the weighted average market price, meaning that there is a requirement to stipulate a silent period under Stock Exchange of Thailand regulations.
