SUPPORTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF MONO GROUP SCHOOL BUILDING NO.10

Mr. Sang Do Lee, CEO of Mono Technology PCL., donated 2,000,000 Baht to support the construction of Mono Group School Building No.10 at Bandongtawan Border Patrol Police Learning Center in Ubon Ratchathani Province. The objective of this charity is for educational and sports development as well as the improvement of teachers, students, and seniors’ quality of life in 2019. In this occasion, Mr. Rungroj Rakwong, Director of Dr. Phichani Bodharamik Foundation for Children and Seniors, was the representative of the foundation to receive the donation at Jasmine International Tower, Chaengwattana Rd.

“MONO29” together with “MONO MAX” and “MONO ORIGINALS” held the activity “BLOOD DONATION WITH BANGKOK VAMPIRE SERIES”. Stars of the series including Arnon Saisangjan (Pu Blackhead), Nui – Kessarin Ektawatkul, and Sam Chotibund, along with kind-hearted volunteers lined up to donate blood at The Thai Red Cross Society. In this occasion, Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen, Assistant Vice President CSR and Internal Communication Department of Mono Group, presented a donation of 100,000 Baht to Cdr. Ubonwon Charoonruangrit, M.D., Director of National Blood Centre at The Thai Red Cross Society.

Ms. Kanyapat Suksamarn, Assistant Vice President of Publishing and Internet Business of Mono Technology PCL., and Mr. Jeerawuth Khiaomanee, editor of Geek Book under Mono Group, donated 100,000 Baht to Foundation for the Blind in Thailand after the reduction of expense from selling the book “#Tham Luang Following the Mission to Save the Wild Boars”. Mr. Kittipong Suthi, Head of the National Library of the Blind, and his team received the donation at Studio 2 on the fifth floor of Jasmine International Tower, Chaengwattana Rd.

Mr. Patompong Sirachairat, Chief Operating Officer of Mono Technology PCL., was the representative of Mr. Pete Bodharamik, Chairman of Mono Group, to receive the honorable award “People Who Dedicate Themselves to The Engineering Institute of Thailand Under H.M. The King’s Patronage” (juristic person category) from Dr. Taned Weerasiri, President of The Engineering Institute of Thailand Under H.M. The King’s Patronage, in “National Engineering 2018”. The event took place in Hall 9, IMPACT Forum at IMPACT Maung Thong Thani.

The award underlines the business value of Mono Technology PCL. which concerns about the social benefits along with its business operation. Other than giving support to The Engineering Institute, the company continuously promotes basketball in deficient schools and takes part in other charity events with Dr. Phichani Bodharamik Foundation for Children and Seniors.

Ms. Kanyapat Suksamarn – Assistant Vice President of Publishing and Internet Business under Mono Group as the representative of GEEK BOOK Publishing and MThai, Ms. Yatawee Trongnaitam – Comic Illustrator, along with Ms. Chonthip Yimyong – Head of Department of Information System for the Blind participated in the press conference of the book launch “#Tham Luang Following the Mission to Save the Wild Boars”. Special guests joined the launch to talk about the follow-up of the 13 Wild Boars rescue on MThai Twitter were Ja – Yossinee Nanakorn, Cdr. Chaiyananta Peeranarong (Ex-Navy SEAL), and Natchanan Peeranarong.

Income from the book after the reduction of expenses will be given to Foundation for the Blind in Thailand. Mr. Adirek Rachakit, Senior Assistant Director – Operation of B2S Co., Ltd., and Mr. Nattawat Rachapongkulyod, Director – Marketing of Central World Department Store, joyfully attended the launch at REST AREA on the fifth floor of Central World.

Mr. Sang Do Lee – CEO, Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen – Assistant Vice President of CSR Department, and Mrs. Benjawan Rakwong – Senior Vice President (Administration) of Mono Technology PCL. under Mono Group attended the opening ceremony of Mono Group School Building No.9 at Bandongtawan Border Patrol Police Learning Center, Kut Khaopun District, Ubon Ratchathani Province.

Previously, Mono Group had donated 1,000,000 Baht to Dr. Phichani Bodharamik Foundation for Children and Seniors to support the construction of school buildings. The objective of this charity is for educational and sports development as well as the improvement of teachers, students, and seniors quality of life in 2018. The ceremony was honored by Police Colonel Supat Muangsamai, Deputy Commander – Border Patrol Police 2, and his team as the receiver of the building who gave an impressive welcome for Mono Group. In this occasion, Mono Group also held some recreations, arranged free lunch, and donated sports equipment to the school.

Ms. Nanthaphan Sangchai, Assistant Vice President of MONO29, and Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen, Assistant Vice President of CSR Department of Mono Group, donated 100,000 baht from the activity “Turn Darkness to Smiles with Tee-Yai 2 Series” to Lighthouse for the Blind. Mr. Navin Sangsun, Director of Lighthouse for the Blind, was the receiver of the donation. In this occasion, the producer team, the director, and actors from the series led by Tao – Somchai Khemklad, Pramot Saengson, Lt. Col. Wanchana Sawasdee, Wave – Khoo Pei-Cong, Eve – Chayanis Boonsopit, Cat – Kruymai Bhikulyam, and Peter – Nopachai Chaiyanam (the director) joined in a singing activity and distributed gifts at Lighthouse for the Blind in Pakkred, Nonthaburi.

Mrs. Wantanee Namasonthi – Consultant of CP ALL PCL., Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen – Assistant Vice President of CSR Department of Mono Technology PCL., and Mr. Paitoon Jarusan – Director of Nawamintharachinuthid Horwang Nonthaburi School organized a workshop on the project “Kid Kon Chat Sure Kon Share No.1” (Think Before Chat and Share). The project was held to promote critical thinking about the information on social media among children. More than 500 high school students participated in the workshop at the Convention Hall of Nawamintharachinuthid Horwang Nonthaburi School.
