Click good, do good things No.1 – created learning media for blind kids

This is No. 1 of Click good, do good things activity and volunteer project of students from University (Pilot project). Students from Durakit Bundit University joined the activity by making learning and teaching media for bind kids at Ponimit Vittayakom School, Pakkred District. Mr.Patompong Sirichairat, Director of website Mthai.com, and Mr.Kittisak Pookcharoen, Senior Director of CSR Department, led volunteer students from Durakit Bundit University and teams to create learning and teaching media. At this time, there were exchange students from China joined this activity too. Atmosphere was full with warm and fun during making learning and teaching media for blind kids. In addition, the blind kids also sang a song, played guitar, and showed their talent for seniors. After the activity was finished, we thank each other. The blind kids gave roses for seniors for their help while seniors hug the kids to support them and thank them as well. The admosphere was so warmer than any explanation.

At the end, the School Director thank you us and executives of Mono Group gave them finished learning and teaching media as ell as snacks with teacher in order to give to kids later. This activity is filled with doing good and delightful. The exchange students from China whispered us that they were so impressed. This was a good example of thoughtful of Thai social. They will tell this impression for their Chinese friends when they go back home and they belief that their friends will feel the same. Mono Group and FM100.5 arranged Big Cleaning Day

Mono Group and FM100.5 arranged Big Cleaning Day event to clean Ramindhra Housing community, Bangken District. Mr.Kittisak Pookcharoen, Senior Director of CSR Department of Mono Group, led teams of artists-stars-employees together with volunteers from FM 100.5 and Bangken District Office to clean the community and Park as well as arranged recreation activities in order to restore their mental condition, to give snacks for kids, and give stuffs for life support in the bags to villagers for their daily use.

Mono Group worked with ThaiPBS arranged Big Cleaning Day

Mono Group worked with ThaiPBS TV station arranged Big Cleaning Day. Mr.Kittisak Pookcharoen, Senior Director of CSR Department of Mono Group, lead artists, stars, and volunteers from Mthai website and Zaa Network to work together with volunteers from ThaiPBS TV station including population and students who applied via the TV station to clean area of Sanglan Temple, an old temple of Bangkradee Sub-District and a temple to support conservative tourism in the area. Over 120 volunteers put their efforts to clean and polish floors. In the afternoon, we moved to clean another place, Bangkradee Temple. This temple is a center for evaculation of community. There are many communities live behind the temple. Volunteers together with support villagers worked together to clean area which was filled with mud after flood has gone. All volunteers put their best efforts to dig mud, pick up debris, polish and wash until completely clean without tired. After cleaning was completed, in the evening, we arranged recreation activites for flood victims at Bangkradee temple. Radio Garden band played music for them. We also gave out snack for kids and gave living bag consisting of daily use items for villagers and supported all of them.

“3rd Page- Paper” Campaign Year 2

The Senior Manager of Public Relations Division Kittisak Pukchareon, together with the PR team, supported the ‘3rd Page- paper’ Campaign Year 2/2011 which was one of Mono Group’s CSR activities by, on behalf of all the executives and staffs of Mono Group, visiting the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the Queen to give paper and tools for making Braille books, learning media and some household remedies, the total value of which was 10,000 baht (ten thousand baht) on Monday 13th June, 2011. In this event, the Director of the Administration Division of the foundation Suntree Rakpaen represented the foundation to receive the representatives of Mono Group.

Mono Group Holds ‘Public Sport Area’ Campaign Year 2

Mono Group held the ‘Mono Group’s Public Sport Area’ campaign for the second time with the purpose to encourage Thai youth to have more exercises and stay away from drugs. The second campaign was the construction of the multi-purposed sport area for Ban Nongtachao School, Tha Yang District, Petchaburi Province, the total student number of which was 80 (prathom 1-prathom 6/ grade 1- grade 6). This sport area would be used by the students and people in the neighbourhood.

In the handing event, the Senior Manager of Public Relations Division of Mono technology Kittisak Pukchareon and staffs held many activities and recreational games for students and children to enjoy, and gave the children some presents. At the same time, all the voluntary staffs grouped with each other and helped develop the school such as to collect the waste and garbage around the area, to paint the play ground, to clean toilets and to reorganize the library. This event was also joined by some artists from Mono Music such as Tisha- G Twenty and Kanch-Noon CandyMafia. The handing celebration was committed in the afternoon of the same day and the Director of the school Yosapak Kornkum, on behalf of the school, received the handed sport area from Mono Group. The day was ended with a football match between Mono Group and Ban Nongtachao School. This event created the impressive friendship between Mono group and the people in the neighbourhood who had joined the event to help develop the school. Mono Group will keep on creating new things for the Society.

Mono Group’s Activity for Soldier

Mono Group had held the ‘Mono Group’s Heart for Soldier’ activity whereby MThai staffs and volunteers from Bangkok Suwannabhumi College (BSC) held a party for veteran cadres who had been wounded in the south. The party had warm and friendly atmosphere. In addition, Mr. Oh-Seksan, the singer of the ‘Jai hai pai’ song and his ‘The Gang’ band gave cool performances in the party. Also, mono group had its band entertain every veteran. In the even, Mono also gave consumer products and utensils for all the veterans and the computer set for Phramongkutklao Hospital. Mono Group would like to express its gratitude to Oh-Seksan and the Gang, Mono Band, staffs and all volunteers for their contributions to this event. In addition, Mono Group would also like to wish all the veterans the morale and strength that would enable them to keep on doing their duties. This was just one of many good activities that Mono Group had held for the society. Mono Group will keep on doing good things for the society.

MThai website supports “Community Patrol Project”

MThai website is reaching its 10th anniversary and would like to be part of drive social in order to reduce crime and drug problems. Mr.Patompong Sirachaiwat, Senior Manager of Website Development and Business, and Mrs. Benjawan Rakwong, Director of Office Administration and Organization Communication of Mono Technology Company Limited, donated money in amount of 20,000 baht to support “Community Patrol” to Police Lieutenant General Panya Cha-emtet, project manager. This project is very useful for social and helps reduce crime and drug problem in the community 39. This event was arranged at a conference from of Kukod Administration Organization, Lamlookka District, Pathumthani Province.
