MONO GROUP DELIVERED THE FOURTH BASKETBALL COURT

Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen, Assistant Vice President of CSR Department of Mono Group, and Ms. Chanida Unapan, Principle of Thalang Pranangsang School, attended the opening of the school basketball court. The basketball court of Thalang Pranangsang School in Phuket was the fourth basketball court renovation supported by Mono Group. In this activity, Mono Group led Mono Vampire basketball players, including J.O.-Ratdech Kruatiwa, Kevin-Apisittinan Lane Dasom, and Joy-Kulthawat Piyalangka, to go on a basketball clinic roadshow “Mono Basketball Dream”. A large number of children from four schools in Phuket excitedly joined the event.

In addition to this, Mono Group targets to renovate and build more basketball court, as well as continues with Mono Basketball Dream project in order to support basketball in Thailand. GIVING AWARDS IN “TAI-CLIP DAI-BOON: CLIP-A-TIVE 2018”

Ms. Kanyapat Suksamarn, Assistant Vice President of Publishing and Internet Business, and Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen, Assistant Vice President of CSR Department of Mono Group, presented awards and subsidies in a total of 200,000 baht to the winners in the project “Tai-clip Dai-boon: Clip-A-Tive 2018”. The award giving took place at Studio 2 on the second floor of Jasmine Tower, Changewattana Rd.

MONO BASKETBALL DREAM CLINIC No.31-33 NAKHORN SI THAMMARAT

Mr. Jirun Rattanawiriyachai, Senior Vice President of Mono Sport Entertainment Company Limited, led a team of basketball players from Mono Vampire and Black Scorpions, including Kannut Samerjai (Bas), Teerawat Chanthachon (Big), Phumin Singhasem (Seua), Peeranat Semeesuk (Pee), and Pakorn Maneechot (Tus), to teach basketball to children in Mono Basketball Dream Project. In this activity, the children were taught the tactic of dribbling, exercising muscles by speed slide running and zigzag running, as well as practicing for attacking and defending. The basketball players also talked about their professional basketball career path and demonstrated some basketball tactics to build inspiration towards basketball for more than 240 children. Mono Basketball Dream No.31 was held on July 24 at the Central Stadium of Nakhorn Si Thammarat. In addition, Mono Basketball Dream No.32 was held on July 25 in the morning at Satree Thungsong School, followed by No.32 in the afternoon at the basketball court of Wat Sao thongthong in Pakpanang district, Nakhorn Si Thammarat.
The three Mono Basketball Dream activities were full of excitement and enjoyment. The next destinations of Mono Basketball Dream could be followed on Facebook Click Dee Tum Dee, Mono Vampire Basketball Club, and Black Scorpions Basketball Club.

TURN DARKNESS TO SMILES WITH TEE-YAI II SERIES

Ms. Nanthaphan Sangchai, Assistant Vice President of MONO29, and Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen, Assistant Vice President of CSR Department of Mono Group, donated 100,000 baht from the activity “Turn Darkness to Smiles with Tee-Yai 2 Series” to Lighthouse for the Blind. Mr. Navin Sangsun, Director of Lighthouse for the Blind, was the receiver of the donation. In this occasion, the producer team, the director, and actors from the series led by Tao – Somchai Khemklad, Pramot Saengson, Lt. Col. Wanchana Sawasdee, Wave – Khoo Pei-Cong, Eve – Chayanis Boonsopit, Cat – Kruymai Bhikulyam, and Peter – Nopachai Chaiyanam (the director) joined in a singing activity and distributed gifts at Lighthouse for the Blind in Pakkred, Nonthaburi.

Mr. Rojana Kitcharoen – Deputy Secretary of the Office of Basic Education (OBEC), along with Mr. Jirun Rattanawiriyachai – Senior Vice President of Mono Sport Entertainment Company Limited, Mr. Peerasut Peetathawatchai – Director of Chaoprayawittayakom School, and Mr. Kittipong Petcharat – Manager of Mama Marketing Activity Supporting Team participated in the opening of “OBEC – MONO Champion Cup 2018” No.2. The competition which is being held during July 2-10 at Stadium 29 on Chaiyapruk Rd. will be live broadcasted on MONO29, MONO PLUS, and MThai.com.

Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen, Assistant Vice President CSR Department of Mono Technology Co., Ltd., held the activity “MONO BASKETBALL DREAM NO.30” by leading professional basketball players from “Mono Vampire Basketball Club” and “Black Scorpion Basketball Club”, such as Chitchai Ananti, Peeranat Semeesuk, Chakrit Makmeesiri, and Pakorn Maneechot, to coach children in some basketball techniques and be their inspiration. A gift from Mono Group was also given with Ms. Pojanart Tienrungsri, Senior Professional Level Teacher (K 3 Teacher), as the representative to receive it. This activity took place at Anuratchaprasit School, Nonthaburi.

Professional basketball players from “Mono Vampire” and “Black Scorpions” led by Darongpan Chitchai Ananti (Pae), Yuttapan Moopayak (Ping), Naratip Boonserm (Ton), Pakorn Maneechot (Tus), Supakrit Thitikarnrat (Ohm), Peerachet Subsudawong (Aum) and Kantapat Saritnate went to the Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 2 School in Bangkok to teach basketball techniques to children. About 100 students took part in and learnt some basketball techniques of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending. This project aims to give improvement in basketball techniques and give inspirations to children to become professional basketball players.

Mrs. Wantanee Namasonthi – Consultant of CP ALL PCL., Mr. Kittisak Pukcharoen – Assistant Vice President of CSR Department of Mono Technology PCL., and Mr. Paitoon Jarusan – Director of Nawamintharachinuthid Horwang Nonthaburi School organized a workshop on the project “Kid Kon Chat Sure Kon Share No.1” (Think Before Chat and Share). The project was held to promote critical thinking about the information on social media among children. More than 500 high school students participated in the workshop at the Convention Hall of Nawamintharachinuthid Horwang Nonthaburi School.

“OBEC – Mono Champion Cup 2018” No.2

Mr. Jirun Rattanawiriyachai, Senior Vice President of Mono Sport Entertainment Company Limited, and Ms. Wanla Raunchaiwong, President of the Office of Student Activity Development, Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), held a press conference on “OBEC – Mono Champion Cup 2018” which will be held for the second year. The sport event aims to support Thai children in every region to enhance their abilities and develop their basketball skills to play in professional basketball leagues in the future. As a partner for the broadcasting of the tournament, Ms. Kanyapat Suksamarn, Assistant Vice President of Publishing Business Mono Technology PCL., and Mr. Piti Chaturaphat, Assistant Vice President – MONO29 of Mono Broadcast Company Limited, participated the press conference. The complete basketball tournament will be live broadcasted from Stadium 29, Chaiyapruk Rd.

Finally completed for “Summer Nature Camp” that MONO29 under Mono Group was a sponsor. The camp was held during April 6-8, 2018 with more than 40 young people from 15-18 years old participating in conservation activities as well as learning about the nature and animals at Dong Phayayen-Khao Yai Forest. Some of the activities include ice breaking activities, exchanging knowledge and creating friendship, trekking, getting to know the nature, practicing living in forest and cooking with Ang-Lo Stove. This was one of the activities that brought happiness, enjoyment, and friendship. It also created a network of young people for environmental conservation.
