Gen. Pijit Kullavanit, the former Privy Councilor, was the Guest of Honor to give “Singha Tong Award” and a certificate to “Good Morning Thailand”, a news program on MONO 29 Channel of Mono Broadcast Co., Ltd. under Mono Group. The award was given in honor of being creative media that urges development to strengthen the country. Newscasters of “Good Morning Thailand” including Nonthakrit Klomklorm, Supanan Ritmontree, and Worawita Janhun were the representatives of the program to receive the award. This event took place on Sunday, January 29 at Convention Center, Chulabhorn Research Institute.

Mr. Jirun Rattanawiriyachai (Senior Vice President – Basketball League Organizer of Mono Sport Entertainment Co., Ltd.), Thai Basketball League Co., Ltd., and Sports Authority of Thailand held basketball competitions to enhance basketball games continuously popularity in Thailand. It is a- 3- year campaign (2017-2020) consisted of 4 basketball leagues in 2017. Aiming to improve skills and techniques from amateur to professional and national team players respectively. The press conference took place at Stadium 29 Conference Room, Stadium 29, Chaiyapruk Rd.

Lieutenant General Chalermkiat Pothongnak, President of Basketball Sport Association of Thailand (BSET), and Mr. Sang Do Lee, Executive of Mono Group, sent Thailand basketball team off at Donmueang Airport to compete in “FIBA ASIA CHALLENGE 2016”. The competition was held in Tehran, the capital of Iran. Thailand would compete with South Korea in the first match on Saturday 10 September 2016, at 16.30 (local time in Thailand).
